To reinforce the Sales Department, our partner is looking for 2 (m/f) Account Managers for the international market.
The objective of the function is to develop the portfolio of accounts by creating and strengthening commercial relationships to achieve objectives in terms of commercial strategy, volume, sales price, and marketing costs in a given geographical area.
Reporting to the Sales Manager Europe, you contribute to the regional sales strategy and define an Account Plan that is consistent with other sales plans and includes objectives, forecasts and budget.
As a privileged actor given your expertise, your mastery of products and services, you develop a partnership with client companies (site managers, maintenance, production, purchasing, ...) through regular field visits (monitoring developments and performance, collecting the information necessary for the development/adjustment of the regional sales plan).
You develop new relationships with customers and potential customers in order to seize new commercial opportunities, in collaboration with the Operational (Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, Development, Planning, Shipping) and Support departments (Customer service, Finance).
You will target and analyse customer needs in order to propose optimal solutions with a view to efficiency and profitability. You maintain a commercial view on the markets that you will manage.
You actively participate in the analysis of your market in order to identify growth opportunities and define the strategy to be adopted in agreement with the Sales Manager Europe.
You will be based in Liège and you are willing to travel in Europe (80 to 100 days/year).
Desired education includes a Master degree in business or chemistry-related sciences with at least 3 years of success in Sales, Business Development of industrial products and strong planning and organizational skills.
Integrity, proximity, sense of service, communication and business are among your strong points, as are commitment, entrepreneurial spirit, organisation and responsiveness.
You demonstrate excellent commercial and interpersonal skills that encourage collaboration and long-term partnership ; you are autonomous and have a team spirit.
Very comfortable with figures, you are able to establish a negotiation taking into account production costs.
Customer and result-oriented, you are proactive, you have obvious analytical, listening and synthesis skills.
Flexible, you are willing to travel internationally (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia, England, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, ...).
You are fluent in French and English (read, spoken, written) or German and English (read, spoken, written).
You have a good knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
