As HR Advisor Europe, you will have a front-line role providing support and guidance to employees and Line Managers across a global organization.
You will work in HR on the full Employment Life-Cycle for your scope.

Our client is a based in the UK with growing presence in Belgium, France and The Netherlands.
Description
As HR Advisor Europe (BE, NL, FR) you will :
- Act as the HR first point of contact for line managers and employees
- Participate and lead on key People projects to raise levels of employee engagement
- Support in the design and implementation of projects and initiatives relating to employee engagement, reward, performance and learning and development
- Review, develop and launch policy documentation and training workshops to managers on key HR areas
- Act as the link between HR and UK Payroll to ensure all changes for payroll are accurately communicated in a timely manner
- Be involved in the recruiting process as appropriate; including interviews, assessment centers and job profiling
- Work in the HR Information System and employee files, ensuring accuracy and input of all changes
- Coach Managers in applying employee related policies, processes, tools and measures
- Provide information and analysis of HR data for reporting to the Leadership Team
- Support the coordination of the performance review process
- Complete some HR administration activities as required
- Travel to France, Netherlands or UK as required
Profile
As the successful HR Advisor Europe, you will have
- Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role
- Previous experience of owning and driving HR projects
- Experience of advising and coaching Line Managers and employees
- Previous experience of working in a small HR team in a fast growing organization
- Ability to manage complex HR casework and projects
- Ability to solve problems and be a logical thinker
- High degree of confidentiality and integrity
- High attention to detail and be meticulous in your work
- Good communication skills and be comfortable engaging with people across the world in a variety of different situations
- A positive, can do attitude - actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement
- Understanding of cultural differences and sensitivities
You also have a master in HR and must be fluent in French, English and Dutch
