Would you like to join a human-sized fiduciary with several offices in the Benelux?
You will have the opportunity to evolve on a market of Belgian and Luxembourg clients, among which you will be able to develop a client portfolio and take on responsibilities within a team of 3 people.
The company offers several facilities, such as a prime location in the city center, close to all transport facilities, home working possibilities and flexible working hours.
We are currently looking for a profile with several years of experience in the field, capable of independently managing a client portfolio.
Payroll Officer - Tasks:
•You mainly manage files from A to Z for a diversified client portfolio
•Salary management for all customers, both SMEs and international groups
•Prepare and follow up on hiring, vacation contracts, sickness, dismissal
•Stay up to date with your knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and taxation
•You manage from start to finish a portfolio of varied clients (entry/exit, pay slip, dismissal, ...)
•You have a good knowledge of Luxembourg social and labor law, as well as of the various applicable conventions, allowing you to advise the client in a complete and precise manner;
Payroll Officer - Profile:
•Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Audit, Accounting, etc...
•At least 2 years of experience in Payroll
•Good Knowledge Luxembourgish company regulations
•Fluent in English & French, German is a plus
